A.I. DIAGNOSTIC is operated by A.I. BIO PACK TRADERS. The website offers Thyrocare tests and packages and provides booking support and sample collection. Samples are sent to Thyrocare for processing, findings, and report generation.

Bookings and preparation

You must provide accurate patient, contact, collection, and booking information and follow the preparation instructions for the selected service. Availability, prices, collection areas, and time slots are confirmed by the active booking workflow.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Online payments are verified server-to-server with the configured provider. Cancellation eligibility depends on booking status, the configured cutoff, and confirmation that an active checkout cannot later charge. Accepted refunds may remain pending until the provider completes them.

Reports

Reports become available only after the laboratory workflow publishes them. Discuss findings and abnormal or critical results with a qualified clinician.
