No physical-product returns
A.I. DIAGNOSTIC currently sells bookings for Thyrocare pathology tests and health packages, not returnable retail goods. A confirmed appointment, completed collection service, consumed test kit, or collected biological sample cannot be returned or exchanged.
Biological samples
For safety, privacy, chain-of-custody, and integrity reasons, a biological sample cannot be returned to a patient after collection and cannot be reused for an unrelated order. Samples are handled or disposed of under the applicable laboratory workflow.
Service or sample-quality problems
If the wrong service was booked, collection did not occur, a sample was rejected, or a report cannot be produced, contact support promptly. We will review booking, collection, and Thyrocare processing records and determine whether correction, rescheduling, recollection, credit, or refund is appropriate under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
