What does A.I. DIAGNOSTIC provide?
A.I. DIAGNOSTIC, operated by A.I. BIO PACK TRADERS, offers Thyrocare pathology tests and health packages, booking support, and blood-sample collection.
Who processes samples and generates pathology reports?
Collected samples are sent to Thyrocare for laboratory processing, analysis, findings, and report generation. A.I. DIAGNOSTIC does not independently process pathology samples or issue laboratory findings.
How do I check home collection availability?
Choose an eligible test or package and enter the six-digit collection pincode. The booking flow verifies current serviceability and available slots before confirmation.
Do all tests require fasting?
No. Preparation differs by test. Read the preparation notes shown on the individual test or package page and follow any instruction provided with your booking.
How can I access a report?
Signed-in patients can use the Reports area. Verified guest bookings use a short-lived one-time-code flow. Reports are shown only after publication.
Can the chatbot diagnose a condition or interpret my result?
No. The chatbot can help with test logistics, prices, preparation, booking, and report status. It does not diagnose, prescribe medicine, or interpret medical results.
How do I cancel a booking?
Eligible bookings can be cancelled before the configured cutoff. Online payments may require provider verification and a refund workflow before cancellation can be completed.
Is A.I. DIAGNOSTIC Dr Lal PathLabs?
No. A.I. DIAGNOSTIC is operated by A.I. BIO PACK TRADERS and offers Thyrocare tests and packages. It is not Dr Lal PathLabs.
