No customer parcel shipping
A.I. DIAGNOSTIC currently provides diagnostic booking and sample-collection services. It does not ship retail products, test kits, or paper reports to customers through courier or speed post. Accordingly, no customer shipping fee or parcel-tracking number is charged or issued unless a future service explicitly states otherwise before payment.
Home collection
For an eligible home-collection booking, an authorised collection professional visits the confirmed address during the selected service window. Location coverage, any collection charge, preparation requirements, and availability are displayed during booking. Delays or rescheduling can occur because of capacity, address access, safety, weather, patient readiness, or events beyond reasonable control.
Sample transport and digital report delivery
After collection, the sample is transported through the controlled diagnostic workflow to Thyrocare for processing and findings. This laboratory transport is part of service fulfilment, not shipping of goods to the customer. Published reports are delivered digitally through secure account access or a verified guest-booking session; notification delivery depends on the configured email or SMS provider.
